SMS Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 30, 2026

Program Description

Federal Torts Law Group LLC dba Archuleta Law Firm ("Company," "we," or "us") offers a text messaging (SMS) program to communicate with individuals who have submitted a case inquiry or otherwise requested information about our legal services. Messages may include responses to your case inquiry, follow-up questions from our intake team, appointment and consultation reminders, requests for documents or information related to your potential case, and updates regarding your inquiry.

You will only receive text messages from us if you have provided your prior express consent — for example, by checking the SMS consent box on our case evaluation form or by otherwise agreeing to receive text messages from us.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your case inquiry and communications with our office.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Check your mobile plan for details.

Opting Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send the message STOP, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time or reply START, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program or need assistance, reply with the keyword HELP to any message for more assistance, or contact us directly:
